BeepExevior Software is very pleased that you participate as a user in the freecommunity platforms and supports your active participation. Byposting a contribution, you grant BeepExevior Software the right to make thecontribution permanently available for retrieval on the Websites, and atthe same time BeepExevior Software obtains the right to delete, edit, link to othercontent and move contributions within the Websites. To ensure that the Community Platforms remain a profi table event for all, you may use them only in compliance with the platform rules. By registering for the community platforms, you agree as follows:

(a) Any contribution by you will be valued unless it violates these rules,morality, or otherwise violates applicable law.

Here are examples ofcontributions that will not be tolerated:

Anti-competitive actions that can, for example, noticeably affectcompetitors;

Repeated posting of identical topics;

Advertising in the form of repeating advertising, i.e. without clearidentifi cation as advertising;

as well as illegal content, e.g. of a racist, discriminatory orpornographic nature.

Please check your contributions carefully for these points beforepublication.

b) In case you still violate a), BeepExevior Software will immediately delete ormodify your contributions.

In addition, you will be prohibited fromposting further contributions. Your account will be blocked.

c) Any contributions, data about other users and other informationobtained through the use of the community platforms may only be usedon the occasion of the use of the community platforms and not forother purposes, e.g. advertising.

d) If you violate the platform rules, you are obligated to indemnify BeepExevior Software from any claims, including claims for damages and costs of a reasonable legal defense, arising from your failure to comply with the platform rules.

7. Availability of the Website

The websites are generally available around the clock. However,uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. In some cases, such asmaintenance work, but also due to circumstances beyond the control of BeepExevior Software, the Website may be temporarily unavailable. In such cases, BeepExevior Software asks you to visit the Website again at a later time.

8. Liability

The contents of these Websites do not constitute any express orimplied representations or warranties. As a whole, no freedom from errors is guaranteed. All content provided by BeepExevior Software has been compiled in good faith. BeepExevior Software has no influence on the content of any third-party contributions and does not adopt them as its own in anyway. Cardinal obligations are those contractual obligations which fulfillment enables the proper performance of the contract in the first place and on the compliance with which the Customer has regularly relied and may rely on. Except in cases of 8 (a), (b) and (c), liability for slight negligence isexcluded.

The terms of use do not apply to links to third-party websites. BeepExevior Software has no influence whatsoever on the content behind a link to third-party websites and does not in any way adopt the content of linked third-party websites as its own or endorse them as a result of the link. Furthermore, BeepExevior Software makes no representations whatsoever about, and assumes no responsibility or liability for, any damages resulting from use of any content linked to from this site.

10. Place of jurisdiction

Applicable law If the User is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a specialfund under public law, the place of jurisdiction shall be at the registeredoffi ce of BeepExevior Software. German law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

11. Miscellaneous

It is pointed out that for forward-looking statements the possibility of a significant deviation exists. For further information, please refer to the Publication Guidelines . In the event that individual provisions of these Terms of Use are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In this case, the invalid provision will be replaced by a legally permissible provision that corresponds to the sense and purpose of the invalid provision.
